Why not kick-off your sunset cocktails with a Skybury Martini, Mt Mulligan Lodge’s adaptation of the espresso martini? Expect 666 butter vodka, FNQ Spirits espresso liqueur and locally grown and roasted Skybury coffee.

Smoked Bloody Mary

Equally delicious at brunch as well as a sunset cocktail, the Smoked Bloody Mary takes what you know of the original and shakes up your taste buds with Mt Uncle Bushfire Smoked Gin as the base, with the perfect blend of tomato juice, lemon, worcestershire sauce and tabasco.

Tablelands Negroni

When it comes to sunset cocktails, nothing says aperitivo like the Tablelands Negroni, featuring 4 Pillars Negroni Spiced Gin, Antica Formula and Campari.

Plum Sour 

Being in the tropics, you might prefer to take the Plum Sour for a spin. A mix of Davidson Plum infused gin from local outfit, Wolf Lane, with a hint of lemon and sugar, this sunset cocktail is dangerously good.

Gold Mule

The Gold Mule cocktail heroes Iridium Gold Rum, an award-winning dark rum made from locally sourced sugarcane syrup by Mt Uncle Distillery with a splash of lime and ginger.
